FIELD: rotary internal combustion engines used in aviation and shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: engine includes first, second and third cylindrical casings with branch pipes for fuel and fuel-and-air mixture supply lines and combustion product exhaust which are eccentrically arranged in casings; first second and third cylindrical hollow rotors which are provided with fins and cooling jackets and end shields with radial bearings. Helicopter includes, case, engine, main rotor and two control rotors on shafts of pneumatic and/or hydraulic expansion machines and/or rotary cylinder internal combustion engines. Shallowdraft vessel has hull with side skegs and engine with propeller, one gas-and-air and one steam expansion machines with propellers fitted on their shafts.
