FIELD: transport engineering; self- propelled vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed vehicle has engine for rotating wheel shaft when energy carrier is supplied, energy carrier feeder with drive from engine made for operation when fuel is supplied, and pressure pipelines to provide circulation of energy carrier. Wheel shaft rotating engine is essentially rotary- cylinder internal combustion engine with air charging machine and expanding machines with individual shafts, electric generator or hydraulic charger and intermediate heat exchanger for high- temperature heat carrier. Each rotary-cylinder engine has cylindrical housing with end face covers, bearings, ribbed rotor with seals in form of cylindrical bodies of revolution arranged eccentrically in said housing. Rotary-cylinder engine can operate on any liquid or gaseous hydrocarbon fuel. Hydraulic charge and electrotransblock can be used. EFFECT: reduced specific consumption of fuel and materials, reduced labor input in manufacture. 8 cl, 11 dwg
