FIELD: electroacoustic transducers. SUBSTANCE: diaphragm-type electroacoustic transducer has case of nonretentive material built up of two cups with holes in their bottom and permanent magnets mounted coaxially in a spaced relation on their inner surfaces which are magnetized along center line and with their like poles facing each other. Diaphragm in the form of flexible insulating film is fixed between ends of cups and carries on both sides conducting windings arranged over concentric circumferences and equally spaced from transducer axis; they are series-connected in center of diaphragm and interconnected by radial jumpers. Distance from edge of free end of each permanent magnet to inner edge of cup end is smaller than to any other point of case inner surface.
