FIELD: agriculture, biotechnology, mycology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the edible basidial mushrooms culturing. Nutrient medium for edible mushrooms culturing has, % : waste of conifer wood (coniferous needles or branches, bark, saw-dust, chips and others) 60-75; nutrient addition - a mixture of starch with calcium hydroxide mixed at the equal ratios 0.8-2.2; peat 10-15 and water. Method of preparing involves wetting conifer wood waste, addition of the nutrient addition and peat followed by packaging the mixture into thermostable package and sterilization under the steam pressure 100 MPa, at 101-110 C for 45-60 min.
