FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves passing air through a biologically active adsorbent containing medium for accumulating microorganisms. The biologically active adsorbent used is a 60-70% wet mixture of a spent substrate based on sawdust or straw for growing edible fungi with addition of grain siftings and husks, as well as a multi-porous mineral material in weight ratio of 1:(0.05-0.1):(0.2-0.25), respectively. The medium for accumulation of microorganisms used is compost culture, prepared by culturing a consortium of microorganisms on brewer's grains, extracted from well humified humous layers of forest soil, consisting of fungi Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus sydowii, Cephalosporium, Glyocladium Cda., Trichoderma sp., actinomycetes Streptomyces griseus, Streptomyces termoviolaceus, Streptomyces globisporas, Streptomyces ruber, Streptomyces viridosporus and bacteria Bacillus cereus, Bacillus mycoides. Bacillus subtilis, taken in amount of 5-10% of the weight of the adsorbent.
