SUBSTANCE: method includes catching and withdrawal of lens by needle under visual control with the help of contact lens; extraction of lens by cryoextractor through corneal incision; front vitreoctomy. Method allows exclusion of postoperative complications in form of uveitis, hemorrhage into eye cavity, amotio retinae, phthisis of eyeball. EFFECT: reduced injury and simplified technique of operation, excluded repeated manipulations in cavity of vitreous body, additional injury to membranes, hypotonia and collapse of eyeball during operation.
