FIELD: medicine, particularly, otorhynolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: method includes spaying of mucous membrane of tympanic cavity with ozone-oxygen mixture in concentration of 900 mcg/l during the first two-three days, and 600 mcg/l during next three-four days through defect of tympanic membrane. Treatment course includes five-seven days, five minutes daily. Method is simple in application, painless and results in stable therapeutic effect during short period of time and takes minimal time.
