FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes new derivatives of pyrido[1,2,3-de] -quinoxaline of the general formula (I) where R′,R2 and R3 each means hydrogen atom, -POXY, halogen atom or -COR; R4,R5 mean hydrogen atom; R6 and R7 are similar or distinct and mean hydrogen, halogen atoms, nitro-, cyano-group, CF3 or NR12R13 or R5 and R6 or R6 and R7 mean near-condensed benzene ring; X and Y are similar and mean hydroxyl or C1-C6-alkoxyl; R means hydroxyl or C1-C6-alkoxyl; R12 and R13 mean hydrogen atom or in common with nitrogen atom form piperidyl-, morpholyl-, 1,2,4-triazolyl-, imidazolyl- or pyrrolyl-group or their salts. New compounds can be used as drugs for treatment of patients with diseases of central nervous system for counteraction of hyperactivity of exciting amino acids.
