SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of the formula (I): where R₁ means hydroxy- or aliphatic, araliphatic or aromatic residue; X means bivalent aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, cycloaliphatic-aliphatic, araliphatic, heteroarylaliphatic or aromatic residue; R₂ means hydrogen atom or aliphatic, or araliphatic residue; alk means (lower)-alkylidene; and R₃,R₄,R₅ mean independently each of other hydrogen atom, (lower)-alkyl, halogen atom, trifluoromethyl-group, cyano-group or nitro- group and their salts also. Indicated compounds and their salts can be used for treatment of patients with pathological states responding to blocking receptors of excitative amino acids and for preparing pharmaceutical preparations designated for these aims.
