FIELD: hydrotechnical structures intended for mechanical cleaning of water at large water intake works, predominantly at pump stations of systems supplying service water to thermal and atomic power plants. SUBSTANCE: water purification gear includes framework with guides, cleaning circuit, drive mechanism and sealing members. Cleaning circuit is made of individual sections having sealing cheeks and is hung from two endless drawing chains located in guides. Sealing members are mounted on guides on pressure side and are formed by channels and adjustment angle pieces. Sealing cheeks are placed between channels and shoulders of adjustment angle pieces which overlap clearance between guides and sealing cheeks. Adjustment angle pieces are attached to channels to regulate clearance between shoulders of these angle pieces and sealing cheeks. EFFECT: improved quality of water, prolonged service life of condensers and pipe-lines supplying service water. 3 dwg
