SUBSTANCE: method includes intertrochanteric osteotomy made obliquely from outside to inside, from atop downward; rotation of femur neck and head to front through required angle; displacement of distal cutoff along proximal one downward and medially. Method allows simultaneous correction with change of neck-diaphysial angle and torsion angle, bringing from under load damaged part of femur head and restoring the length of extremity.
