FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing U-shaped osteotomy and correcting proximal fragment position by rotating about neck axis and femur axis. The proximal fragment is medially shifted to some extent required for femur neck shortening correction. Autograft taken from iliac bone wing is introduced into the so built diastasis. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment and restoring physiologically correct anatomical proportions. 2 dwg
