FIELD: medical engineering, namely ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: device may be used for performance of microincision in cornea of eye in order to carry out surgical and diagnostic manipulations with use of microendoscope. Device has handle, cutting member made as hinge-connected knives- blades. Blades are capable of deflection from longitudinal axis of handle. One blade may deflect to the right and the other, to the left through 43-45 deg. In initial position knives-blades are fixed by lock made in form of flexible plate. Device is provided with force spring manufactured as open rings, ends of which are hinge-connected to lower part of knives-blades. Device makes it possible to avoid traumatization of iris and to reduce time of operative intervention. EFFECT: reduced traumatization of cornea. 2 cl, 3 dwg
