FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: device has sleeve-shaped case with head made in form of concave contact lens. Lens curvature radius corresponds to curvature radius of eye cornea. Microblade is secured to lower part of rod made as piston mounted telescopically is case for abrupt axial displacement in it under action of spring. Device is provided with centering needle-cannula communicating with irrigation system. External surface of needle-cannula is fitted with stepped tapered belts for holding of cornea disc to be cut out. EFFECT: provision for constant depth of anterior chamber, reduced traumatic injury and time of operation. 4 dwg
