FIELD: medical equipment, particularly, ophthalmology; applicable in microincision in eye cornea for surgical and diagnosis manipulation with use of microendoscope. SUBSTANCE: device has handle and cutting member. It is made in the form of double-edged knife hinged with handle for deflection from handle longitudinal axis through 43-45 deg to both sides. Width a of knife cutting part is determined by formula a= where l is preset length of microincision in eye cornea from outside. Device is provided with lever in the form of plate from flexible material having head with longitudinal recess on upper end and lever lower end is fastened to handle boss. Handle upper end is made in the form of smooth area and serves as a limiter of knife penetration into cornea and as a lock of device working position. EFFECT: reduced injury in performance of manipulations in eye anterior chamber, excluded injury to eye iris in paracentesis and deformation of cornea. 3 dwg
