SUBSTANCE: syringe device has phial 10 with neck fitted with plug including central zone to be punctured and bush 14 for guiding the injection end of syringe 12 during forward motion from first drawn-out (storage) position to second inserted position. Guide bush has second end for reception of injection end of syringe. Second end includes sealing between syringe body and guide bush. Device makes it possible to store two components in separate closed vessels, to mix these components and to inject them into patient. EFFECT: improved design. 59 cl, 32 dwg
