SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and deals with devices for injection introduction of medications, in particular, deals with device for automatic injection of medications, namely, medication in case of acute allergic reactions, such as epinephrine or adrenalin, in accordance with required sequence in time, in particular, invention relates to device for automatic injection of two doses of medication at two successive time moments. Device for medication injection contains syringe unit, containing medication to be injected, means for bringing device from neutral position into cocked position for injection of first dose, as well as means of device drive, intended for control of syringe unit sliding from cocked positions for introduction of needle into injection place and delivery of first dose, and in case of necessity, delivery of second dose into specified following time moment. Syringe unit is located coaxially and with possibility of sliding in outer case, extending along longitudinal axis. Cocking means is located on one end of outer case. First resilient means is located between syringe unit and cocking means. First resilient means is in compressed condition, when device is in neutral position. Syringe unit contains sliding means, which is in engagement in step-like guiding means. Guiding means is made inclined, but not crossing, relative to longitudinal axis direction, and constituting a single piece with outer case in axial direction. Sliding means and guiding means are made with possibility of rotation relative to each other around longitudinal axis. Drive means is capable of axial sliding as a result of separate successive pressures on place of injection to cause first relative displacement of sliding means from cocked position for injection of first dose into position of levelling with guiding means. Sliding means can freely travel along guiding means to first stop position, as well as second relative displacement of sliding means from cocked position for injection of second dose into position of levelling with guiding means. Sliding means can freely travel along guiding means to second stop position.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible for patient to introduce two successive doses of medication in the simplest way making it unnecessary for patient to perform potentially dangerous and complex actions required for demounting/re-cocking.
