SUBSTANCE: invention proposes to use the natural complex of collagenolytic proteinases from crab hepatopancreas as an agent regulating the rate of effect of the preparation for injections and the preparation for injections (in the first variant) that has an active component, solvent and an agent regulating the rate of effect. This agent is a natural complex of collagenolytic proteinases obtained from digestive organs of hydrobionts. In the second variant the preparation has an active component and the natural complex of collagenolytic proteinases involving the complex isolated from digestive organs of crustacean, mollusks, echinoderms and coelenterata animals and containing the following collagenolytic proteinases: serine collagenolytic proteinases, metalloproteinases and proteinases containing N-terminal alanines. Invention provides the increase of stability at pH at the range from 5.0 to 9.5 and uses different pharmacological agents and biologically nonactive substances.
