FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing cell cultures from human and animal organs and tissues. Method involves treatment of tissues and organs with collagenolytic enzymes complex solution obtained from cephalopods mollusk digestive organs. Concentration of complex in solution as measured by protein is 0.01-0.4 mg/ml, working temperature is 0-18 C. The best result can be obtained using physiological solution or glucose solution as a solvent. Method ensures to elevate tissue disaggregation degree, the yield of intact cells, among them, for virus multiplication. Low level of working temperature and concentration of collagenolytic complex are decreased that promotes increase amount of live cells retaining proliferative active at resowing.
