FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes method of treatment involving pus removing and/or necrotic tissues by effect with agent containing active component and carrier. Enzyme preparation showing total proteolytic and collagenolytic activities is used as active component. Enzyme preparation is obtained from digestive organs of hydrobionts, namely complex of collagenolytic proteinases from crustaceous, mollusks, echinoderms and coelenterates. Preparation has serine collagenolytic proteinases, metallo-proteinases and proteinases containing N-terminal alanine residues among complex proteinases. Liquids or viscous media are used as acceptable carrier at concentration of active component 0.01-10.0 mg/cm² of surface to be treated. Invention can be used for treatment of suppurative-trophic ulcers, burned and frozen tissues (of different etiology of inflammation and different organs), fungal skin diseases, fractures and inflammatory diseases of bones and joints and other diseases accompanying with pus formation and tissue necrosis (tissue devitalization).
