FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of the bioregulating agent epytalamine in addition to the course of the conventional complex intense therapy. Epytalamine is administrated at severe craniocerebral trauma by endolumbar route at the dose 20 mg dissolved in 1.5-5 ml of 10% glucose solution for 3 days. Then the preparation is administrated intravenously at the dose 20 mg in every 24 h for 7 days. Method provides the recovery of damaged neuroregulation of immunogenesis in the brain after trauma by modulation of the functional activity of hypothalamus-hypophysis system. Method can be used in neurotraumatology and neuroreanimatology in the complex treatment of patients with the brain traumatic disease. EFFECT: improved method of treatment, enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 ex
