SUBSTANCE: flat-car has body 1, rectangular frame 2 mounted on bogies with vertical struts 4 secured on vertical webs and cushioning mechanism made in form of elastic damping supports with flexible member rigidly connected with rectangular frame. Second end of flexible member is connected with control mechanism of elastic damping support by means of lower double-arm lever mounted on rectangular frame by means of articulation; this control mechanism is connected with lower double-arm lever, vertical strut and upper double-arm lever mounted on this strut. Flexible pendulum suspension of elastic damping support is articulated with upper double-arm lever and with body providing for flexible damping of insignificant vibrations of body; each damper is articulated with vertical strut and body, thus providing for non-elastic damping of considerable vibrations of body.
