FIELD: brewing industry. SUBSTANCE: malt germinated by using lipid-containing growth stimulator is dried. It is then extracted with nonpolar liquefied gas at pressure above atmospheric pressure. After pouring out mycellium, pressure is released to atmospheric pressure to swell malt. Malt is then mashed to attain mash. This operation is carried out to avoid formation opalescence in final product and to increase yield of extractive substances from malt. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method.
