FIELD: brewing industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, grain and malt are expanded by means of liquefied gas. Mash is mixed and saccharified without introduction of additional fermenting agents. Application of aforesaid method ensures increased yielding of extractive substances both from grain and from malt. In addition to that, saccharization is intensified. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
