SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of measuring diameters of races of outer and inner rings and diameters of rolling bodies in contact zone for lot of rings of ball bearings; sorting parts by size groups and selecting part sets; measuring diameters of races of inner and outer rings by contact angle while taking into account contact deformation value of parts due to action of axial load; measuring relative position of ends of inner and outer rings subjected to load while taking into account all measured parameters and total error of making up set of parts; simulating assembling procedure; calculating accuracy of making up set of parts at simulating process by determining empirical law of distribution of geometry parameters of parts.
