SUBSTANCE: protective mask has transparent screen connected with rigid attachment member formed as thin arched part with screen holder, and device running about ear back side. Antinoise members are attached to mentioned device for free sliding along arced part. Mask is further provided with clamps for correction lens. Detachable screen has thickness of 0.5-1.0 mm. Lower part of screen is made parabolic. Such construction allows face, mouth cavity, hearing, respiratory, visual organs of dentists, in particular, of dentists-orthopedists to be protected from injurious factors, such as noise, visual stress, dust and pathogene bacteria which may be transferred from patients.
