SUBSTANCE: the diaphragm jig has a fixed body separated by a vertical partition into a jigging compartment with a riddle and a diaphragm compartment with a horizontal diaphragm coupled to the electric motor through a common cam drive with opposite cams; each horizontal diaphragm is made in the form of a disk with collars and furnished with a cap with an air cushion. EFFECT: enhanced concentration of ores, in particular, extraction of gold due to reduction of the effect of water hammers and optimization of jigging conditions. 2 dwg
