FIELD: classification and concentration of minerals.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes forming of horizontal flow of pulp or water. Starting material is introduced inflow at the top. Hydraulic mixture is subjected to classification and preliminary concentration on riffled surface of inclined plate stack. As a results, particles are differentiated in pulp flow by trajectory of fall depending on density and size. Further concentration is performed on bed of jigging machine in chambers at separate discharge of tailings and differential selection of parameters of jigging cycle in each chamber. Jigging machine includes body, jigging screens, flexible diaphragm connecting the chamber and discharge cone, drive for transmission of oscillations and under-screen water supply branch pipe. Body consists of one or several chambers which are divided in lower part by means of partition. Each chamber is provided with sectors for removal of tailings; these sectors are located at end of each chamber and are provided with valves. Mounted in upper part of each chamber is stack of inclined riffled plates made in form parallelepiped with water or pulp and starting material supply branch pipes. Plates are located at equal distance relative to one another. Plate stack is oriented relative to pulp flow at angle. Body is provided with slime discharge sector mounted after chambers of jigging machine.
EFFECT: complete extraction of heavy minerals; increased productivity.
