FIELD: biologically-active compounds. SUBSTANCE: new glycosides depicted by formula MS-Link-BAM, wherein MS is monosaccharide covalently linked to biologically-active material (BAM), are provided. Compounds increase cellular absorption of biologically-active materials by way of covalently linking the latter to hydrocarbon moiety through chemical linkers involving non-glycoside bonds. Method of increasing biological accessibility of biologically-active materials is also described. EFFECT: increased biological accessibility of required biologically-active materials. 15 cl, 14 dwg, 29 ex
