FIELD: instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: meter includes three fiber circuits, two photodetection modules, depolarizer, radiation source, phase modulators, device for signal conversion and isolation. Splitting-connecting unit is manufactured in the form of three optical integrated circuits and two input splitters optically coupled in series. Device for signal conversion and isolation incorporates phase-sensitive rectifiers, multichannel former of synchronizing pulses, amplifier-converter of rectangular voltage, three converters of sawtooth voltage, three commutators and converter of rectangular voltage. Given meter is intended for use in gyroscopic equipment. EFFECT: reduced mass and size characteristics and consumed power without deterioration of sensitivity, linearity, stability and vibration stability thanks to usage of optical integrated circuits with wide-band phase modulators, usage of minimally possible number of radiation sources and input splitters. 12 dwg
