FIELD: digital instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has dielectric disk, which is mounted on shaft of rotating object. Disk carries transmitting coils and receiving-compensating rotating coils. Each pair of coils is connected to each other and respective temperature detector. Magnetic circuit carries serial circuit of sections of stationary receiving coil. Said sections of stationary receiving coil are mounted in symmetry about rotation plane of transmitting coils and are coaxial to one of them. Receiving coil is connected to measuring instrument. Stationary sections of compensation coil are mounted in symmetry about rotation plane of receiving-compensating coils. Sections of compensation coil are connected to each other and are connected to ramp generator which starting input is connected to output of main synchronization unit. Measuring instrument has amplifier, integrator and analog-to-digital converter. Digital output of analog-to-digital converter is connected to data processing unit, which is connected to control input of generator. In addition device has repeater of time intervals, which is connected to main and additional synchronization units. EFFECT: increased precision of measurements, increased stability to noise. 3 dwg
