FIELD: digital and pulse equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has inverter 1 at its transmitting part, three- wire transmission line, serial circuit of two RS flip-flops 2 and 3 and two diodes 4 and 5 at device receiving part. Inputs of first RS flip- flop 2 are directly connected to direct and inverting wires of information transmission line. Each of these terminals is connected to positive power supply line through diode, which anode is connected to input of flip-flop 2, and which cathode is connected to positive power supply line. Direct and inverting outputs of first RS flip-flop 2 are connected respectively to R and S inputs of second flip-flop 3, which outputs serve as outputs of device.
