FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to measure inhomogeneity of blading of turbo-machine caused by dynamic deformation of blades. It can be used to warn of preemergency condition of blades of turbo-machine when indications of fatigue deformation or blade defects emerge and to form signal for disconnection of engine. Technical result of invention lies in expansion of functional capabilities of device which is achieved by way of measurement of current time intervals between blades under dynamic condition and in their comparison with average time interval between blades in every turn of rotor of turbo-machine with the aid of pulse transmitter, former, code adder, dividers of summary code, unit computing difference, control unit and comparison circuit.
