FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing graft in reservoir containing preservative liquid at the stage the graft is formed, after dissecting vein with valves. Its proximal end is ligated and a load is bound to the end. The distal end is attached to a tube for forcing sterile air under controlled pressure during 12-24 h.
