SUBSTANCE: method includes taking of large subcutaneous vein of femur without tributary; resection of renal artery up to level of its branching; additional incision of branches by side walls within vessel affection; suturing of side walls to form common trunk after removal of changed intima; sewing-in end-to-end reversibly of autovein between formed trunk of renal artery and aorta.
