FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises conductor, cutting edge, passage for supplying fluid to the side openings, and two working cylinders. The cutting edge is made on a distal working cylinder. The side openings are located inside the distal working cylinder and used for pressurizing the above-piston space and myogenic cuff.
