SUBSTANCE: device has data processing unit with storage and control units, display, buffer stage, active and indifferent electrodes, current source, and evaluation unit, input of which is connected to output of data processing unit through galvanic decoupling unit. Device also includes controller designed to control display, reed-relay switch, leads of which are connected to input of starting of data processing unit, and standard resistor. Active electrode is made as spring-loaded rod carrying magnet. Buffer stage includes matching element.
