FIELD: metallurgy, oil refining, distilleries, water demineralization. SUBSTANCE: each fraction is evaporated at optimal temperature with vapor pressure of remaining fractions of blend being much lower; in the process, this temperature is maintained constant by thermostatic control until particular fraction is fully evaporated; proceeding in this manner all remaining fractions of blend are evaporated. Directional flow of vapor or gas neutral to blend and fractions is created and flow velocity is varied up to ultrasonic value so as to speed up escape of fraction vapors above blend surface. Same flow is used to ensure initial degassing of blend. For augmenting agitation of blend and evaporation of fractures, vapor or gas neutral to blend and fractions is blown up from evaporator bottom across blend thickness. Device implementing this method is provided, in addition, with unit creating directional gas or vapor flow that incorporates supersonic nozzle, thermostat made of high-heat- conductivity material with built-in heaters, condensers for each fraction, pump in decelerating zone of directional flow of vapor and gas, and system feeding vapor or gas neutral to blend and fractions from evaporator bottom; thermostat and evaporator are made of graphite.
