FIELD: reactors for two-phase reactions; synthesis of carbamide at high pressure and temperature and modification of such synthesis. SUBSTANCE: parallel outflow of gaseous and liquid phases takes place in reactor. Reactor has practically vertical outer housing 2 where a lot of horizontal sieve plates (6a-6e) are mounted at interval one above another; housing has at least one hole (12a-12e) for flow of liquid; size of this hole depends on size of each sieve plate. Holes (12a-12e) for flow of liquid are registered, thus forming zigzag trajectory of liquid phase. EFFECT: 3-% increment of yield; reduced amount of non- reacting products returned to reactor by approximately 7 to 9 % as compared with standard technique; increased productivity; reduced power requirements. 31 cl, 9 dwg, 1 ex
