SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes delivery of many first jets 4 at steady flow to many independent chambers 7 located on perforated wall 8, forming liquid column 10 in these chambers near perforated surface, passage of liquid through perforated surface forming many second jets 6 and regular change of amount of liquid admitted to this chamber 7 for forming disturbances at preset amplitude, for example change of pressure near wall 8.
