FIELD: radiation protection. SUBSTANCE: polymer solution is composed of, wt %: resin ED-16 8.80-8.89, polyethylenepolyamine 1.32-1.33, special-type lube oil 1.88-1.89, and optical glass production waste 88.00-88.89. Average density of products ranges from 3950 to 4050 kg/cu.m (4200 kg/cu.m under compacting at pressure 100 MPa), compression strength 120-140 MPa, gamma-radiation decay factor 0.31-0.32. EFFECT: reduce expenses, increased radiation resistance, density, and gamma-radiation decay factor with preserved satisfactory plasticity of polymer diameter. 1 tbl
