SUBSTANCE: method includes variation pulsometry with determination of its main characteristics at rest and under conditions of dosed physical loads of 25, 50, 75 and 100 W; assessment of characteristics at rest and under conditions of physical load to determine direction and degree of shifts of characteristics of variation pulsometry. Normal condition of adaptation, overstrain or failure of adaptation are established on the basis of dynamic of characteristics. Established characteristics of man nonspecific adaptation condition serve as base for purposeful medicamentous and sanatorium treatment for improvement of its efficiency and health sanitation.
