METHOD FOR CONCRETING OF MONOLITHIC STRUCTURES WITH DIFFERENT-MASS COMPONENTS Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

Abstract RU 2143047 C1

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: method implies creation of enclosed space thermally-isolated from external air. Space is restricted by back side of shuttering panels conjugated with each other and of guarding structures secured to shuttering. Shuttering is used for low-mass and mass components of structure being concreted. Shuttering is heated in zone of formation of low-mass components with surface module not over 8 over all form-creating surfaces, and in zone of formation of mass components it is applied with surface module up to 4 only at places where shuttering is in direct contact with external air. Concrete mix is placed into shuttering at temperature of 10-20 C. Thermal resistance of heat-insulation of shuttering and guarding structures which create enclosed space is equal to 0.2-0.4 sq. m. deg/W. Thermal resistance of material of covering of surfaces having no shuttering is 1.5-2.0 times higher than thermal resistance of thermal insulation of shuttering. During period of year when daily average temperature of environment medium is higher than 10 C or lower than 20 C, surface having no shuttering is covered only by waterproofing material. During period of year with daily average temperature higher than 20 C, fastened on surface which has no shuttering instead of waterproofing and heat-insulating material is translucent covering with coefficient of passing light flux equal to 0.5-0.9 and thermal resistance of 0.15-0.3 sq.m.deg/W. Application of aforesaid method improves quality of concreted monolithic structures and cuts production cost due to levelling of temperatures and reducing temperature stresses in components of different mass. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 1 dwg
