DEVICE FOR TILTING SUPPORT AXLE OF SUN VISOR OF VEHICLE OR STATIONARY PLANT Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

Abstract RU 2143346 C1

FIELD: mechanical and transport engineering; appointments. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for use in those cases when correction of visual observation of any ground or underwater objects or creatures is required. Device has axle with base turnable surface, axial stop in form of groove, cylindrical and conical surfaces and segment spline projections. Holder is made in form of shaped combination bushing-flange with holes located in flange height, and hole engaging with base surface of axle. Flange is provided with facets and is combined by mass of material with bushing. Curved axle has obtuse bending angle ξ. Flexible expanding sections of flange are arranged in axle groove. Flange is provided with holes with opposite conical surfaces pointed to each other by smaller bases. Expanding sections of flange are made for resilient deflection through value exceeding tolerable size of groove depth. Riffles made on hole belt contribute to discrete fixing of flange relative to turnable axle. EFFECT: enhanced comfort owing to provision of normal activity. 8 dwg
