HOLDER Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC B60J3/02

Abstract RU 2282541 C1

FIELD: transport engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to service set of car saloon. Proposed holder contains base body with holes for fastening to stiffening rib of car roof and containing central hole for L-shaped axle. Central conical hole in body is mated with conical surface of curvilinear axle. Body is secured by shaped washer resting by side surface on end face of ring form with preset load in axial direction. Tabs of washer have deflection to set negative front and positive rear cutting angles of cutting edges for self-locking in surface layer of cylindrical surface of friction and mechanical interaction between edges and surface. to fix preset load, shaped washer is turned in radial plane through angle of 0.5-3° around axle providing radial-axial closing of position of body and axle having flats for self-alignment of axle in resilient lock unit of sun visor. Strength of body is provided by ribbing.

EFFECT: increased service life and improved reliability of holder, reduced cracking of body.
