FIELD: fat and oil industry. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical chamber accommodating drive shaft with impeller mixer, loading and unloading devices located on opposite end of cylindrical with water injector installed on chamber under water injector are n dielectric windows, n matching resonators, n magnetrons with power supply source and two microwave filters. Located in chamber upper part is circular vessel with water and surge tank. Attached to circuit of each dielectric window is matching resonator accommodating magnetron exciting rod. The first microwave filter is located between chamber and loading between chamber and loading device, and the second microwave filter is located between chamber and unloading device. Values of n are determined by formula n=, where Pu is magnetron unit power; C is heat capacity of heated raw material; U is raw material transfer speed; t2-t1 is difference of heating temperatures. EFFECT: improved ecological conditions, higher quality of processed raw material and reduced power consumption. 1 dwg
