FIELD: meat processing industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in workshops for processing fat-containing meat raw materials. Grinder-melter of fatty raw materials of continuous-flow action with microwave energy supply into toroidal resonator, characterized by the fact that it contains toroidal non-ferromagnetic resonator, made as a perforated cylindrical electrically driven drum without an upper base, located in a cylinder with a perforated non-ferromagnetic lower base and an upper solid base, where fixed knives are attached along the drum generatrix, wherein on the dielectric shaft of the perforated cylindrical electric drum inside it there are rotating knives, and above the perforated lower base of the non-ferromagnetic cylinder, dielectric blades are attached to the shaft, at the level of which an unloading window is cut on the side surface of the cylinder, and the electric drive is located outside the grinder-melter, and under the perforated non-ferromagnetic lower base of the cylinder an inclined non-ferromagnetic base with a drain pipe and a ball valve is attached, wherein on the upper solid base of the cylinder above the drum there is a non-ferromagnetic loading container with an electrically driven dosing unit in the form of corrugated non-ferromagnetic rollers, wherein the radiators through the waveguides from the air-cooled magnetrons, located with shift of 120 degrees on the side surface of the non-ferromagnetic cylinder, are directed into the capacitor part of the toroidal resonator, gap between the shell of the perforated cylindrical electric drum and the upper solid base of the non-ferromagnetic cylinder is not more than a quarter of the wavelength.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to intensify process of fat melting from fat and raw materials, not exceeding temperature higher than 120° with preservation of consumer properties of product, due to microwave energy supply into working chamber.
