FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: method implies removal of old roofing, reconstruction of ventilated covering, placement of additional layer of heat insulation and new roof covering. Old soft roof covering is removed only in places of its swelling. Rigid inflammable heat insulation is applied over new roof covering. Then, molten roofing material is brought upon it. Ventilation passages are reconstructed so that their area is 0.7-0.8 sq.m per 100 sq.m of roof covering. Application of aforesaid method improves performance characteristics of roofing, cuts materials-input and labour-input. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
