FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to method of roofing repair. Proposed method consists in dismantling old coating to expanded clay layer. Further, a multilayer heat-insulating panel is laid from extrusion foamed polystyrene, into which fire retardants are introduced, and a protective layer is attached to it, on which a bitumen water-emulsion primer is applied and then a waterproofing layer is built up. In places of abutment to vertical surfaces the main roofing mat is reinforced with additional layers and fixed to the base. Waterproofing is performed on parapets, posts of antennae and pipes.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of repair period.
