FIELD: mining; applicable in sinking of mine vertical shafts to large depths. SUBSTANCE: device includes cylindrical body having moving hydraulic located over diameter, device installed in lower part of forms for ground excavation having axial feed and rotary drive, and means for withdrawal of ground and supply of concrete. Moving hydraulic cylinders are installed with resting of their rods on ground of worked base and provided with hydraulic cylinders for separation of frames from set concrete. Means for supply of concrete and withdrawal of excavated ground is made in form of elevator. Device for ground excavation is made in form of conical milling cutter with internal worm feeder for filling with ground of pipe of ground receiver having hydraulic cylinder of axial feed whose saddle part is secured for rotation on support having rotary mechanism. There are appliance with roller support with turning disk for laying of reinforcement and weaving wire on it, and pipe for supply of hydraulic seal of output reinforced concrete pipe. EFFECT: provided continuous construction of mine vertical shafts to large depths with simultaneous placement of reinforcement, reinforcing of mine shaft walls and their water proofing. 6 dwg
